HPVM 1.9 requires the following hardware and software:

a computer based on the Pentium II

at least 64MB of memory
HPVM 1.9 can utilize any of the following interconnects:

Giganet

a SMP's CPU/memory bus
-
main memory (only should be used for development)
Optional, but recommended, components include:

Platform Computing's Load Sharing Facility, LSF3.2
