Signup for CSAG Group "picnic" at Coronado Beach

Date: Sunday, June 1^st2003, 10am  (So we can grab a nice chunk of sand)

Directions: To get to the beach, you can see the online map We still have to decide exactly in what part of the beach we are going to meet.  The meeting point will be the intersection of Ocean Blvd and Isabella Ave. Just west from the red star on the map.

Notes:

• Rides: Those who need a ride, will need to let me know in advance.
• Games: To make it even more fun and allow people to burn some extra calories under the sun, we are planning to play games. At this point I know volleyball is a good choice, soccer and some other competitive games without the involvement of a ball can be arranged. During the week I will be asking people to be responsible for organizing some of them the day of the picnic. Andrew has agreed to provide prizes!
• Food: Everybody will have to sign up for food (first table), which includes utensils. The main category is in bold, the bullets are some of the things included in that category.
• Miscellaneous: The second table represents some of the stuff we need to either cook, play or keep things stored. If somebody has one or more of them and do not mind us using it for a day, please let me know.
